Project Description

Rev #1 Close off open to above located above the great room. The over all length of the house is smaller then what was shown on the original plans thusreducing the overall GFA. With closing the opening we are still under the total allowable GFA. Proposal for a side and second floor addition, interior alterations, new front porch and rear deck.Rev #2 Increase window sizes, increase over all height of the building to 9.5m. storage and rec room to basement, and general update to reflect as built conditions on site. (this revision is being completed due to an order to comply.rev 1: Reduce building length and reduce area of open to below on second floor.Proposal for a side and second floor addition, interior alterations, new front porch and rear deck.
