Proposed alternative soulition is to sprinkler the building to achieve the functional and objectives of Clause 3.3.4.4.(4)(c) as the travel distance within the suite exceeds the required travel distance of 18 m by 6 m.¿. This AS is does not reflect that I agree with the City¿s interpretation of their application of Clause 3.3.4.4.(4)(c), but the AS is an acknowledgment of a method of moving this issue forward with a solution.
