Project Description

Exit Spatial Separation Protection Requirement. Base Building Permit : 19 158047 B01 01 NH.In consideration of the functional statements and objectives associated with OBC Senctences 3.2.3.13(2) and Article 9.9.4.4.(1) regarding the exposure protection of the uneclosed stairs serving the north facing townhouse entry alcoves as well as the east exterior stair serving the parking garage, it is proposed to provide sprinkler protection throughout the suites (in accordance with NFPA 13R-2013 "Installation of Sprinkler Systems in Residential Occupancies up to and including Four Stories in Height") and at the exterior alcoves to mitigate radiant heat exposure and fire spread to the exterior stairs/passageways during a fire emergency.
