Project Description

Revision 01: Front porch Revitalization. Replacing existing brick piers with steel posts. Removal of existing porch masonry knee wall, windows, door and stairs. Installation of new porch enclosure with new wood framed walls, windows, doors and front steps with railings. This is a resubmission request to update the initial building plans given the fact that new footings and beams were required to be installed as this was not know before the demolition.
