Project Description

Plumbing - Revison 01- The aforementioned plumbing permits originally include three wet labs on the 3rd floor (rooms 300, 331 & 336). We are revising the permit to eliminate all non-corrosive piping andacid neutralizers. The scholl does not permit the laboratory sinks to be used for ANY disposal of chemicals. As such, we recommend the use of conventional sanitary drainage. All chemicals are disposed of off site. Scope of this work is to facilitate required alterations to the existing private school building in order to accommodate the redevelopment of the site via the construction of a four storey addition adjacent to the existing building in related permit 18-239978 BLD ( and site plan application 18 123996).
