Project Description
Alternative Solution to the Egress from the third and fourth storeys within the dwelling units with respect to OBC 3.3.4.4.(4). Balconies with 1 h fire resistance rating will be provided on levels three and four. An enclosed exit stair will be provided with a door on both levels.
