REVISION 2 - Basement Revisions: 1) Removal of bubbled demolition scope in basement. 2) Removal of proposed WC, reconfiguration of basement mechanical room enclosure. Ground Floor Revisions: 1) Removal of scope associated with new entrance door. 2) Revised the partitions to be demolished as per updated proposed layout 3) Main entrance doors revised to more accurately reflect existing condition 4) Relocation of proposed universal washroom 5) Revision of Unit 100 commercial area from two separate units to one unit, and associated modifications to corridor 5) Enlarged storage area 6) Refer to submitted M+E memo for associated mechanical and electrical changes Proposed interior alterations to return the unit back to base, for future tenant fit-out on floors 2-7.
