Project Description
This Alternative Solution proposal address the following 2012 OBC provisions applicable to the 400 the east mall 4 storey Townhouse Block A and B. Waving the Requirement to incorporate standpipe and hose systems complete with 38 mm diameter hose connections as identified in obc sentence 3.2.9.1.(1). Refer to attached report prepared by jensen hughes for a summary of the above requirement and compensating measures proposed to address it. See Attched Application form for Block A & Block B.
