In conjunction with a two storey building on the premises, proposal to erect and display two illuminated wall signs, displaying static copy on the north elevation. One of the wall signs is located on the first and second storey measuring 0.91 metres vertically by 5.92 metres horizontally at a height of 4.10 metres above grade. The other wall sign is located on the first storey, and contains two sign faces in a back to back orientation, each sign face measuring 0.57 metres vertically by 0.57 metres horizontally at a height of 3.19 metres above grade.**THE ALLEY**
