Project Description
Alternative solution to permit Sky Lobby (L4) as 2nd storey of ground floor lobby as per Sentence 3.2.8.2.(6) and separate this interconnected floor space (ICFS) from remainder of building with a 2 hr fire compartment. To permit a portion of Level 2, within 2 hr fire compartment, to be considered a mezzanine to ground floor lobby as per Sentence 3.2.1.1.(4). To permit the adjacent ground floor and Level 2 bank branch to be an ICFS based on the proposed 2 hr fire compartment.
