In conjunction with a multi-storey building on the premises, proposal to erect and display two non-illuminated wall signs, both displaying static copy, located on the first storey of the north and west elevation. The proposed sign on the north elevation is 0.41 metres vertically by 1.30 metres horizontally at a height of 3.5 metres. The proposed sign on the west elevation is 0.41 metres vertically by 0.71 metres horizontally at a height of 3.5 metres.***KING***
