Project Description

This alternative solution addresses the travel distance to an exit in the southwest corner of the p2 and p3 parking levels, with a maximum travel distance to exit stair a measured as 47.90 m. The alternative solution report compares the egress performance level of the current design with an occupant load on each parking level of 111 persons as per obc table 3.1.17.1 with maximum travel distance of 47.90 m, versus an obc acceptable design scenario of 360 persons based on the available exit capacity with a maximum travel distance of 45 m.Please refer to report by vortex fire "vft17156 wphc timed exit analysis report 01march2021" for details of proposal.
