Project Description
The existing exiting conditions from the floor areas within a residential suite to be converted to an on-site ancillary office space for resident leasing are proposed to be acceptable. The travel distance and floor areas are far below the maximum allowed and there will be a fire alarm. In addition, the suite is fire separated from the adjacent suites by 1 hour. The existing exiting meets the intent of the code and is further discussed in the Vortex Report "VFT20382R00 15 Sheppard Alt. Solution 07Jan2021".
