Project Description

Proposal for interior alterations and addition to existing multiple use building. alterations include creating new program space on the existing ground and second floors to include a new vestibule and lobby, universal and public washrooms, general purpose room, office and reception area, new exit stair to the second floor, multipurpose digital media and arts room, multipurpose clean studio and associated circulation and amenities. The addition also includes a new third floor structure which cantilevers over the back of the existing second floor
