Project Description

Plumbing - Proposal to finish an existing un-finished basement. Installing a living area, 4-piece bathroom, laundry room and wet-bar. Bathroom fixtures are to use existing locations for drain and feed pipes. Laundry room is to use existing drains. New feed lines to be run to area. Existing HVAC system is to stay as-is, but new ducts will be introduced to new rooms in basement (living room, bathroom, etc.). No structural work is included. No additional living units are being added. Proposal is for a single-family-dwelling.
