Revision 4 - Fire/ Security upgrade in existing mixed-use buildin, supply and install novec systemRevision 3 - Remove from scope of work office retrofit on the second floor and keep the existing tenant facility (fitness centre) as is. Some areas of the second floor are excluded from this revision, basebuilding upgrade (stair A and B elevator, mechanical shafs, electrical room) all other spaces remain as is.REV - 02 The revision simplifies exit stair layout. The exit stair B is not rotated at level 4 and terrace, it follows typical floor stair plan. Minor mechanical changes and design updates.Proposal for underpinning, interior alterations, and roof reinforcement in existing multiple unit building with retail and office use. Scope of work includes new sprinklers and fire alarm system.
