Demolition of existing front porch brick columns and wooden columns. Demolition of South- East chimney until roof level. Removal of existing flat roof membrane until the deck. Rebuid front porch columns, provide new 2 ply modified bitumen roof , provide new railings. Brick spot pointing and repointing on North and East elevations. Caping South-East chimney at roof level. Rebuild North-West Chimney. Rebuild flat roof. Replace wood sidings in North Elevation.
