In conjunction with a gas station on the premises, proposal to erect and display two overhanging structure signs (located on the north and east of the gas canopy), one wall sign (on the east elevation of the convenient store), and one ground sign (located on the east frontage, perpendicular to Bathurst Street), all illuminated and displaying static copy. The overhanging structure signs are 1.2m x 1.2m, the wall sign is 0.79m x 2.4m, and the ground sign contains two sign faces, each sign face is 3.51m x 1.8m at a height of 7.35 metres.***SHELL***
