Project Description
This is to replace the approved AS under permit 18-116848 ALT 00 AS. It is updated to address constructing the Measure N vestibule walls facing the parking garage on Level P2 of sprinkler-protected glazed wall assemblies conforming to OBC Article 3.1.8.18 based on aesthetic requirements. This has been prepared to address the smoke control for connected building requirements for Block D and the below-grade parking garage of the proposed condominium/townhouse development. This is specific to Phase 3, which includes the construction of two townhouse blocks (divided by firewalls into six OBC-defined buildings) above an underground parking garage, with direct connections provided between the garage and each dwelling unit within the townhouse blocks.
