Project Description

Proposal to increase the occupant load on the second floor of the existing office building. The alternative solution being proposed to compensate for the resultant decrease in building performance centers around the addition of one exit stair system that will connect the second and ground level floors. This exit stair system will, in turn, connect to an existing exit corridor that directly leads to the outside of the building.
