Project Description

In conjunction with a one storey building on the premises, proposal to erect and display four wall signs, three of which are illuminated and all are displaying static copy, and one illuminated ground sign displaying static copy. Two of the illuminated wall signs are 2.17 metres vertically by 3.1 metres horizontally. One of the illuminated wall signs is 1.07 metres vertically by 5.9 metres horizontally. The non-illuminated wall sign is 0.3 metres vertically by 5.97 metres horizontally. The proposed drive-through ground sign contains two sign faces, each sign face measuring 0.53 metres vertically by 0.94 metres horizontally at a height of 1.5 metres.***MR LUBE***
