Project Description

In conjunction with a grocery storey on the premises, proposal to erect and display five wall signs and one overhanging structure sign, all externally illuminated and displaying static copy. The overhanging structure signs located on the first storey of the north elevation, measuring 1.52 metres vertically by 6.1 metres horizontally at a height of 5.46 metres. Four of the proposed signs are located on the north elevation, one is measuring 3.21 metres vertically by 9.84 metres horizontally (A), one is measuring 1.52 metres vertically by 6.41 metres horizontally (D) and two are measuring 1.52 metres vertically by 4.84 metres horizontally. One of the proposed wall signs are located on the second storey of the east elevation, measuring 2.41 metres vertically by 7.42 metres horizontally.***NO FRILLS****
