Two overhanging structure signs erecting on the north and south elevation of the canopy, both displaying static copy measuring 1.2m by 1.2m. The wall sign erecting on easterly elevation of the convenience store located at the property, measuring 0.79m by 2.4m at a height of 3.54m and displaying static copy.****SHELL***
