Project Description

In conjunction with a multi-storey building on the premises, proposal to erect and display one wall sign on the south elevation, one wall sign on the southeast elevation, one projecting sign on the east elevation and four window signs on the east elevation. All of the proposed signs except the window signs are illuminated and all signs contain static copy. The wall sign on the south elevation is 0.62 metres vertically by 3.51 metres horizontally. The wall sign on the southeast elevation is 0.46 metres vertically by 2.13 metres horizontally. The proposed projecting sign contains two sign faces, in a back-to-back orientation, each sign face measuring 0.76 metres vertically by 0.76 metres horizontally.
