Project Description

Drain - Proposal to legalize and to maintain a new three-storey 12-unit apartment building that will span over 3 lots (municipally known as 53, 55, and 57 Harriet Street). This apartment building will contain a total of 4 residential dwellings units on each lot, with front porches, front basement walkouts, front and rear third storey balconies, and rear ground level decks. This building is currently under construction, beyond the limits of the authorized building permit(s). Also, there will be a two-storey ancillary building containing one laneway suite, abutting the laneway at 55 Harriet Street.
