Project Description
Revision 01 - Added laundry to unit 209. Interior Alterations in unit 209 to a non load bearing partition wall separating the kitchen from the living room will be removed to counter height. Install new GWB celling 4'' below existing ceiling to be installed in kitchen and washroom. Any penetration on fire separation between units to be sealed appropriately. Install new Fire rated access panel to replace existing non-fire rated access panels in washroom. Re-locate Kitchen and washroom exhausts to new finished GWB celling.
