Project Description
REV01: Revision to issued permit 18-122062 HVA. Two exhaust hoods on level 3 for noodle bar. HVAC - Proposal to install two elevators from Level 0 through Level 4. Renovate associated areas to suit. Renovate area on Level 1 to accommodate service corridor and exist stair that tie into the new elevator area. Renovate levels 2 and 3 on the east side of the Grandstand Building to accommodate casino use and gaming equipment. All life safety items to be revised to suit new layout. All exits to remain as they currently are.
