Project Description

In conjunction with a gas station on the premises, proposal to erect and display two illuminated ground signs, displaying static and readograph copy (displayed electronically) on the west frontage and north frontage. The proposed sign on the west frontage is oriented perpendicular to Morningside Avenue, contains two sign faces in a back-to-back orientation, each side face measuring 4.54 metres vertically by 2.17 metres horizontally at a height of 5.13 metres. The proposed sign on the north frontage is oriented perpendicular to Sheppard Avenue East, contains two sign faces in a back-to-back orientation, each side face measuring 5.86 metres vertically by 2.84 metres horizontally at a height of 8.07 metres. Note this is a modification to the two existing ground signs on the premises.**CIRCLE K**
