Project Description

In conjunction with a multi-storey building on the premises, proposal to erect and display six illuminated wall signs and two illuminated projecting signs, all displaying static copy, located on the first storey. Three of the proposed signs are located on the north elevation, measuring 0.91 metres vertically by 5.43 metres horizontally ("N-1"), 0.73 metres vertically by 9.6 metres horizontally ("N-3"), and 1.11 metres vertically by 7.16 metres horizontally ("N-6"). Two of the proposed wall signs are located on the east elevation, measuring 0.91 metres vertically by 5.43 metres horizontally ("E-1"), and 1.11 metres vertically by 2.3 metres horizontally ("E-3"). One of the proposed signs is located on the west elevation, measuring 1.11 metres vertically by 3.2 metres horizontally ("W-1"). The proposal also includes two projecting signs, located on the north elevation ("N-7") and east elevation ("E-4"), each containing two sign faces, in a back-to-back orientation, each sign face measuring 0.45 metres vertically by 0.81 metres horizontally.****REXALL***
