The proposed wall signs are located on the north elevation, measuring 0.86 metres vertically by 5.22 metres horizontally, 0.61 metres vertically by 6.05 metres horizontally, and 2.97 metres vertically by 4.15 metres horizontally. The proposed ground sign contains two sign faces, each measuring 6.9 metres vertically by 2.44 metres horizontally at a height of 7.31 metres above grade.
