Project Description

Rev 01 - Add 4 new exterior windows along the east elevation of the building. Renovation of two racquetball courts and two squash courts on the basement level of the facility to create two large multi-purpose exercise rooms and incorporate a LU/LA elevator from the basement level to the first floor level. Renovations include removal of existing concrete walls between the courts, installation of new fire separations and partitions, new steel structure, and HVAC and sprinkler modifications to suit new layout.
