Project Description

Interior tenant alterations for single tenant.*Accenture* The scope of this project includes demolition of specific areas on Levels 30 and 31. Construction scope includes erection of non-loadbearing partitions, the re-alignment and distribution of electrical, mechanical and life-safety systems. At a later date, a permit revision will include the demolition and interior alterations on Level 29, as well as the construction of a convenience stair connecting all three levels.
