Project Description

Plumbing - Proposal for renovation of the west half of the third floor of an existing five storey hospital to serve as a 12-bed Acute Behavioural Assessment and Management Unit (ABAMU). Each patient bedroom will include a private two-piece washroom. Patients will also have access to a shared common dining and activity room. The renovations include clean supply and soiled utility rooms, a team care station, nurse station, a medication room, and office spaces. Existing separate washrooms and a shower room are provided for staff use.
