Project Description

Double doors in middle of second floor corridor to be changed so they swing in the same direction (opening southward) in order to improve emergency egress for residents & staff in north end of the floor. (This section is classed as B-3. Some residents may be in wheelchairs). New doors will have closers, panic hardware, latching mechanisms, and smoke seals, per building code specifications.
