Project Description

Revision 01. Revision to remove all previously proposed basement underpinning, rear crawl space addition, ground floor renovation, rear deck and one window from the previous scope of work. Proposed scope of work will be contained to the existing basement area and only include the new rec room (with new window), bathroom, furnace room and modifications to the existing laundry area. Previously issued HVAC design shall remain.Proposed interior renovations to the existing two storey, detached, single family dwelling. Basement renovations to include underpinning existing foundation, including crawl space (41 lin.m), interior basement finishing (60m2) and new rear deck area to replace existing deck to be removed. Proposed new interior drains, sump pit and backflow preventor.
