Project Description

To modify the existing third party ground sign, currently at a height of approx. 30 metres, containing two sign faces in an over-and-under configuration, each sign face facing in a south-easterly direction, towards the F.G. Gardiner Expressway, the upper sign face with a horizontal dimension of 18.30 metres and a vertical dimension of 6.10 metres and displaying static copy; the lower sign face with a horizontal dimension of 18.30 metres and a vertical dimension of 7.32 metres and displaying mechanical (tri-vision) copy. As proposed, the third party ground sign would be oriented in the same direction, contain one sign face with a horizontal dimension of 18.30 metres and a vertical dimension of 13.41 metres, displaying static copy.
