Project Description

This application is one of two pertaining to the demolition/deconstruction of two existing buildings located at 160 and 162 St George Street, Toronto, as part of early site preparation for future development by the University of Toronto. 160 St George Street is a three-storey brick residential structure, formerly used as a fraternity house and originally a private dwelling. It includes a one-storey accessory brick garage. The building is vacant and is not listed or designated as a heritage property. The demo scope includes full removal of the main building and garage with a 75% waste diversion rate as aligned with LEED v5 MRc5 standards.
