Project Description

Proposal for reconstruction of the easterly portion of the building on the existing foundation walls complete with interior altertions throughout out to the existing portion of the building. The building would continue to maintain the use of the ground floor for retail purposes and office at the second floor level. Scope of work also includes exterior cladding of the building as altered and reinforcement of the foundation
