Project Description

Further to alterations undertaken in related permit 17 128403, proposal is to infill an existing entrance on the south west corner of the building and perform interior alterations to basement, and ground floor to serve "Snapchat" (bsmt, ground and second floor). Also included is the introduction of a new entrance to serve the building fronting onto Spadina Avenue. The extent of alterations (inlcuding limited alterations to the second floor of the building ) for a new staircase and wheel chair lift will make basement, ground, and second floor AODA compliant.
