Project Description

REV 01: Proposal to lower the existing basement slabs by 150mm, to underpin the foundations at the western side of the basement, to add a new washroom at the basement level, to provide a new window and window well at the basement¿s south side, and to restore an exterior-access staircase which was uncovered during construction.Removal of existing two story addition and alteration to some exterior wall assemblies. Interior renovations which include removal of some partition walls and replacementof some existing windows and new windows.
