Project Description

In conjunction with a two-storey building with a coffee shop on the first storey, proposal to erect and display two wall signs, one of which is illuminated and one illuminated projecting sign, all displaying static copy located on the first storey of the south elevation. The proposed illuminated wall sign is 0.2 metres vertically by 1.96 metres horizontally at a height of 2.92 metres above grade. The proposed non-illuminated wall sign is 0.73 metres vertically by 4.11 metres horizontally at a height of 3.02 metres above grade. The proposed projecting sign contains two sign faces, oriented back-to-back, each sign face measuring 0.46 metres vertically by 0.46 metres horizontally at a height of 3.2 metres above grade.**STARBUCKS**
