Project Description
Existing gas furnace and ductwork. The addition of the house at the rear side was permitted in 1995 (Permit #1995-021870 BLD). As requested by building inspector, Mr. Aheleas Mitoulas, I did a site survey and verify the HVAC system as if it is a new system based on the exisitng building envelop provision. This HVAC design is to verify the existing HVAC system is sufficient for the entire house and meet the current OBC requirement as an existing building.
