Project Description

In conjunction with a two storey building on the premises, proposal to erect and display three illuminated wall signs and two non-illuminated projecting signs, all displaying static copy. Two of the proposed wall signs are located on the first storey east elevation, one measuring 1.39 metres vertically by 15.24 metres horizontally at a height of 5.5 metres above grade and the other is measuring 1.83 metres vertically by 1.83 metres horizontally at a height of 8.1 metres above grade. One of the proposed wall signs is located on the second storey southeast elevation, measuring 1.04 metres vertically by 6.14 metres horizontally at a height of 8.61 metres above grade.
