Project Description
HVAC - Following completion of underpinning work (as per permit # 16 208067BLD 00 SR), we propose creating a second suite in the home. Suite features include a kitchen, powder room, bedroom, full bathroom & laundry closet. Alterations to the building include adding 2 large windows to the basement level, a fire-rated ceiling, and modification of the existing ductwork in the basement only, using the existing furnace system. One HVAC system with a smoke detector shut-off will serve two suites.
