Proposal to erect and display two wall signs, one illuminated and one non-illuminated and one illuminated projecting sign, all containing static copy on the south elevation. The proposed illuminated wall sign is 0.61 metres vertically by 1.87 metres horizontally at a height of 4.11 metres above grade. The proposed non-illuminated wall sign is 0.25 metres vertically by 8.38 metres horizontally at a height of 3.15 metres above grade. The proposed projecting sign contains two sign faces, back to back, measuring at 0.76 metres vertically by 0.76 metres horizontally at a height of 4.11 metres above grade.**LCBO**
