In conjunction with a multi-storey building on the premises, proposal to erect and display two overhanging structure signs, both displaying static copy on the east elevation. One of the overhanging structure signs is illuminated and contains one sign face measuring at 0.62 metres vertically by 2.58 metres horizontally at a height of 3.92 metres.
