Project Description

Interior Alterations to the washroom was affected by mold. The plan is to use this opportunity to not only fix the mold problem, but also increase the area of the washroom. This means that the existing walls will be taken down - so that we can expand the area of the washroom (when framing the new walls). The water line is already there and will be kept (due to good condition) for the development of the new washroom. Will need to create a drain for the new shower, and associated work with adding a toilet and wash basin.
