Revision - provide mud slab under the footing due to poor soil conditions (soil Engineer inspection was present during the cast and place, reports available), added rebar's to the piers and increase the piers sizes, eliminate the middle columns (4), (to create open concept) increased the main roof beams due to long span and reinforced the existing columns with HSS, beefed up the exterior new columnextended the building by approx. 10" at grid line 11 so the cross braces and steel can be connected to the existing columns at the existing building, rotated the top area braces and made them as diagonal cross braces, shifted the roof drain drawing to the middle and we use tapered insulation
