Conditional Permit - TEMPORARY PERMITChange of use from office to day care.Applicant states no physical changes to interior of building.OMB conditions to be satisfied prior to issuance of permit:The maximum ocupant load (school plus day care) will be 63 children and 13 staff, of which a maximum of 30 children between the ages of 18 months and 3 years old less a day enrolled in the daycare and there shall be no children under the age of 18 months.The school, day nursery and outdoor play area uses shall expire on June 30, 2018 and the applicant/owner will be subject to seeking alternatives through the Committee or re-zoning or cease to operate the school, the daycare including any outdoor areas.
