Relocation and rerouting of existing electrical equipment from Level 1 to new Electrical Room at Level 2. Consolidating existing mechanical equipment from Mechanical Rooms at Levels 4-6 into new Mechanical Room at Level 5. Exterior window alterations to suit new mechanical HVAC layouts. Exterior revisions to existing Elevator Machine Room at roof.
